"Arsine is a colorless, flammable gas which is highly toxic in certain concentrations. Although it has a garlic-like or fishy odor, odor is not an adequate indicator of arsine's presence. Because arsine is nonirritating and produces no immediate symptoms, persons exposed to hazardous levels may be unaware of its presence."

Two groundwater monitoring wells across the street from the Glenbrook Road Burial Pit detected elevated perchlorate, possibly originating from the chemical munitions burial pit.
Three children who grew up across the street have developmental delays.
According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG.org), perchlorate is know to cause developmental delays.
